How did the interview go?

Nu recomand. Interviul a avut loc la sediul lor, in prezenta reprezentantului dep. de HR si a managerului de zona. A durat aproximativ 1 ora si au fost puse doar intrebari legate de experientele anterioare. Nu recomand acest angajator deoarece anuntul pt job era unul complex, iar in realitate s-a dovedit a fi munca vorba de munca de teren ( reprezentant si atat). In plus, ambii reprezentanti incercau sa obtina informatii despre strategia de vanzari a actualului angajator si duceau discutia spre cat de faina e compania lor si cereau feedback ad hoc de aderare la viziunea lor, in dorinta de a le fi mangaiat ego-ul.
