How did the interview go?
Desigur, celelalte redflags au aparut cand mi-a fost prezentata pozitia si felul de lucru: overtime obligatoriu spre sfarsitul saptamanii, ca e mult workload. Nu ai dreptul la concediu la sfarsitul lunii ca e super mult de munca atunci si nu cumva sa iti lasi colegii si asa depasiti de munca, descoperiti.
Nu mai retin salariul, insa oricum salariul nici nu ar mai conta in fata unui mediu de lucru ostil, fara cultura organizationala, fara work life balance si cu o atitudine de genul din interviu.
Am fost asigurata ca voi primi un feedback, fie pozitiv, fie negativ. Nici pana in ziua de azi nu am primit nimic:)
