How did the interview go?

Interviul a decurs ok insa procesul de recrutare e o gluma, pe langa interviuri cu toti oamnenii din firma te mai pun sa faci si prezentare ca si cum ai fi la client(practic om de sales). Firma asta pare sa nu aiba nicio structura, daca esti in presales faci si munca de sales probabil si de support si qa. Se cauta omul bun la toate.
Seriozitatea minima, HR care nu iti raspunde saptamani intregi, ai intrebari pe parcurs zic ca revin cu raspuns si uitat a fost.
Per total o experienta negativa, se vede din exterior ca e haos acolo si nu cred ca ai vrea sa faci parte dintr un asa mediu
