Interview consisted of language knowledge testing then an interview with your prospective manager and colleagues. Manager seemed bored and annoyed, overall neutral experience.
I received positive feedback and an offer was made, offer came with gross salary which was lower than agreed upon. When pointing this out I was ghosted for two days by HR, and then they came back with the answer 'this is the best we could do' despite giving confirmation in writing that they can offer more. Please always chech the gross to net conversion if you intend to accept an offer from this company. I personally found this tactic unprofessional, misleading and coercive as in the last email they told me to take into account future raises and benefit budget.
