Aplicand pentru un post de junior developer, interviul a fost scurt si la obiect, un scurt intro despre activitatea pe care o desfasoara cu plusurile si minusurile aferente, cateva intrebari despre mine si directia mea profesionala si apoi testarea efectiva.

Un test matematic axat mai mult pe logica in rezolvarea problemelor, un test teoretic, grila, cu notiuni de baza despre asp.net mvc si o, "tema pentru casa", un proiect gandit sa testeze mai mult implicarea aplicantului decat cunostintele efective.
