How did the interview go?
Communication was poor from the start, with delays and a lack of transparency regarding the role and expectations.
The interviewer(s) showed little preparation and, instead of creating a constructive conversation, came across as dismissive and even arrogant.
Questions were not aligned with the job description, and the overall tone made it feel more like an interrogation than a professional interview.
Candidate experience was clearly not a priority, which raises serious concerns about how the company treats its employees.
Overall: I left the interview with a very negative impression. Based on this experience, I cannot recommend this company to future candidates.
Interview questions and tests
Many questions were irrelevant to the actual position or too vague to provide meaningful insight.
Instead of focusing on the required skills, some questions felt like they were asked just for the sake of putting pressure on the candidate.
The overall impression was that the interviewers lacked structure and clarity.
Tests/Assessments:
The testing phase was poorly designed and disconnected from the actual role.
Tasks seemed more like time-consuming exercises than a real way to evaluate skills.
It gave the impression that the company does not value candidates’ time.
