Un test grila si un test de automatizare intr-un limbaj la alegere pentru un site demo creat de companie care mergea ingrozitor. Cerinta a fost de a crea test scripts pentru un regression test plan, axat pe partea de plasare comenzi. Colegii care corecteaza testele nu stiu oferi si feedback constructiv sau macar de tip "sandwich", orice as fi facut, oricat as fi facut, nu ar fi fost suficient. Ghostingul de dupa de la dna HR-ita nu a fost placut nici el. Tinand cont ca nu aveti un minim de respect fata de persoanele din domeniu cu care poate va mai intersectati pe viitor, nu as fi dorit sa ma alatur companiei oricum.
