Theoretically speaking it was a good interview - even though I was asked if I have any questions then none of my questions received an answer and was told to ask the manager in the next step (spoiler alert: the email from the manager did not arrive but two weeks later I got a rejection email so we'll never know what a KPI looks like for a global sourcer or what taks/expectations look like...).

The actual problem is the lack of a proper overview for the role, the company, the actual place and plan for this position.
The interview started off the bat with questions about my experience and based on my CV - no description or anything (would be nice to make sure people properly understand who you are as a company and what you do, even if you are HP).
I was asked about my compensation, that was filled in on their website in a yearly sum, then the recruiter was suprised I gave a yearly and not a monthly amount - their website and application require a yearly amount...

The role is a global one but you are told that you need to be in office 2-3 days/week even if they don't have enough space for everyone and your direct management is in India.

While I do understand everyone's feelings and resistance to working with an Indian team, maybe don't make it so obvious that you are not entirely happy with the department moving from the US to India.
