Administrative Process Automation Internship - A OT (TM)

Job Summary

Automation and optimization of administrative processes through data handling, programming, AI usage, and digital tools.

Main Activities

1. Operational Automation

• Configuring automation tools (digital forms, databases, approval workflows);

• Creating RPA (Robotic Process Automation) solutions;

• Automating the generation of standard documents;

• Integrating internal applications (ERP, accounting, HR).

2. Document Digitalization

• Implementing electronic archiving systems;

• Setting up smart templates;

• Automating data extraction from invoices/contracts;

• Creating electronic registers.

3. Monitoring & Reporting

• Building dashboards for key indicators;

• Measuring processing times;

• Proposing continuous improvements;

• Ensuring document traceability.

• Programming knowledge (Python, C++, Java);

• Advanced Excel / Power BI;

• Basic understanding of databases and automation tools;

• No‑code / low‑code platforms (Power Automate, Zapier, Make, Airtable, etc.);

• Understanding of administrative processes;

• Studies in Economics / Administrative Sciences / IT;

• Experience in process optimization – advantage;

• Experience in document digitalization – advantage.
