Deye neue Energie GmbH is an independently managed company belonging to the publicly traded company Deye AG. We are a global market leader in the supply of inverters and storage systems for the solar industry.
We are currently looking for an engineer for our after-sales technical support team for our location in Romania.
As the location in Romania is still under construction, the position will initially start as a home office role and will later be moved to a physical location.
Job Responsibilities:
- Provide after-sales technical support for energy storage systems, including remote diagnosis, troubleshooting, and maintenance solution formulation.
- Conduct technical communication with customers, answer technical questions encountered during product use, and improve customer satisfaction.
- Collect and analyze on-site feedback to provide a basis for product improvement.
- Conduct on-site product knowledge and skill training for customers.
Job Requirements:
- Major in Electric Power, Energy, Engineering, Business or related major.
- Good command of English and Romanian. It is imperative to be able to use both as working languages.
- Excellent communication skills and customer service awareness.
