Ensure the proper administration, stability, and optimal functioning of applications and services within the assigned technical area. Act as an effective communication link between internal teams and external stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities
· Administer and monitor IT applications and solutions.
· Resolve incidents in a timely manner for applications within scope.
· Maintain application stability, perform upgrades, and apply security patches.
· Participate as an active member in project teams.
· Regularly assess the health of deployed components and take or recommend corrective actions.
· Create and maintain documentation for procedures related to administered IT solutions.
· Perform testing activities for applications under support.
· Provide consultancy and technical assistance for applications in scope.
