The Opportunity
As a Bancassurance Product Owner you will be responsible for driving end-to-end implementation of business initiatives with both existing and new partners across the region. This is an exciting opportunity to lead strategic project management, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and represent the company in key partner meetings and negotiations. By developing essential legal documentation and preparing regional reports, you will play a pivotal role in delivering innovative insurance solutions and shaping the future of financial services distribution.
How You’ll Help Us Build a Confident Future (Key Responsibilities)
- Manage the end‑to‑end implementation of bancassurance business initiatives with existing and new partners.
- Act as Project Manager for all product implementation projects dedicated to bancassurance partners.
- Develop required legal documentation (contracts, client documentation, forms) for bancassurance projects in collaboration with internal teams.
- Work cross‑functionally with Value Proposition, Operations, Legal, Compliance, Marketing to ensure smooth delivery and alignment.
- Represent the company in partner meetings: implementation workshops, business reviews, negotiations, tenders, etc.
Prepare and submit local and regional bancassurance reports.
What You Need to Succeed (Required Qualifications)
· Bachelor’s degree, preferably in Business, Finance, Marketing, or a related field.
· Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills, with a proven ability to influence decision-makers and close deals.
· Excellent organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple client accounts and priorities simultaneously.
· Professional attitude, self-motivation, and a drive for achieving and exceeding sales targets.
· Collaborative approach and a commitment to providing exceptional customer service.
What Can Give You an Edge (Additional Skills)
· Suggested 3-5 years of experience in account management, sales, or client-facing roles in the insurance or financial services industry.
· Experience working with enterprise-level clients and managing complex, high-value accounts.
· Familiarity with group benefits, employee insurance solutions, or similar product lines.
· Demonstrated ability to build and maintain strong networks with clients, brokers, and internal partners.
· Adaptability, resilience, and enthusiasm for continuous professional learning and improvement.
