  • Create, implement, and supervise integrated design programs, guaranteeing resource efficiency and timely execution throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Secure, allocate, and oversee all critical design resources, ensuring the right expertise—internal or external—is available at every project stage.
  • Lead and control design budgets, ensuring strategic, efficient financial allocation across all phases of the project lifecycle.
  • Ensure full compliance with internal standards, technical regulations, and all feasibility requirements, safeguarding quality and regulatory alignment.
  • Partner with senior leadership to anticipate future project needs and shape medium‑ and long-term design strategies.

  • Optimize the design workflow by leading performance evaluations, offering targeted coaching, and supporting the professional growth of team members.
  • Deliver clear, timely progress updates to senior leadership, proactively highlighting risks, delays, and critical issues.
  • Oversee and coordinate all design contributors—designers, consultants, and contractors—to ensure cohesive, high-quality project delivery.
  • Manage and maintain strong relationships with local authorities, regulatory bodies, and key stakeholders, ensuring accurate, timely communication throughout the project.

Requirements

  • Minimum 5 years of proven experience in a similar design‑department leadership role, with responsibility for multidisciplinary alignment and design process oversight.
  • Fluent English (written and spoken), with the ability to communicate confidently across diverse teams and stakeholders.
  • University degree in Architecture, holding signature rights (OAR), and a strong professional foundation in the built environment.
  • Advanced proficiency in key design tools: Archicad, AutoCAD, Revit, and modern integrated design methodologies.
