Your impact
As a developer on the LoadRunner team at OpenText, you will play a vital role in advancing a globally trusted performance testing platform. Your work will directly contribute to the development of scalable, high-performance solutions used by companies around the world. By translating business needs into robust, maintainable C++ code, you'll help ensure our software continues to set the standard in reliability and efficiency.

What you need to succeed
Technical Skills & Experience
- 2+ years of experience in software development, with a strong command of object-oriented programming, multi-threading, and design patterns
- Proficiency in C++
- Understanding of HTTP(S), WebSocket, and Webservices
- Experience working in Agile environments (Scrum or Kanban)
- Exposure to .NET Core is a plus
- Familiarity with test-driven development and tools like JUnit or Selenium
Mindset & Collaboration
- Analytical and adaptable, with strong problem-solving skills
- Excellent communicator, comfortable working across multi-geo teams
- Highly organized and detail-oriented in managing tasks and deliverables
- Committed to continuous learning and high execution standards
