Role Purpose
Manage a portfolio of B2B clients primarily through phone-based interactions and provide operational and administrative support to the sales team by preparing, reviewing, and managing commercial and contractual documentation for clients, in compliance with internal policies and legal requirements.
Key Responsibilities
- Act as the primary contact for a portfolio of existing B2B clients.
- Prepare, draft, and update commercial contracts, annexes, addenda, and other project-related documents.
- Review documents for administrative and procedural compliance according to company standards and applicable legislation.
- Monitor contract deadlines and ensure timely communication to all stakeholders (renewals, extensions, terminations).
- Provide administrative support to the sales team during the bidding and offer preparation process (documentation, forms, presentations).
- Prepare periodic reports on contract status and other commercial documents.
- Other Sales Support related activities: processing, billing, archiving, etc.
Requirements
- University degree (preferably in economics, law, or technical fields).
- Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar role (Sales Support, Contract Management, Commercial Back Office).
· Experience in drafting contracts (demonstrated knowledge: contracts structure, contracts type, contracts writing, etc.).
- Strong MS Office skills (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and experience working with CRM/ERP systems.
- Understanding of telecommunications and IT integration terminology and processes (an advantage).
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, attention to detail.
- Ability to work under tight deadlines and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Advanced level of English (written and spoken).
