The role
- Work in the tech industry
- Handle inbound customer inquiries via phone, including product advice, order support,
- technical troubleshooting, and limited sales
- Process and manage warranty claims via phone and email
- Accurately log call-related data into our systems
- Collaborate with overseas teams to enhance product development, customer
- Guidance, and service quality
Essential Requirements:
- Advanced French - written and spoken
- Good level of English language
