We are looking for an experienced DevOps Engineer passionate about automation, scalability, and performance, who will join our team and contribute to developing and maintaining our modern infrastructure, with a strong focus on Kubernetes.
Requirements
- Technical university degree (e.g., Automation and Computers, Systems Engineering, etc.)
- Minimum 5 years of experience as a DevOps Engineer, with a focus on Kubernetes
- Solid experience in managing K8s clusters and using Helm
- Advanced knowledge of CI/CD (Jenkins, GitLab CI, CircleCI)
- Experience with IaC: Terraform, Ansible
- Linux administration (installation, configuration, troubleshooting)
- Configuration of services: Apache/Nginx, MySQL/PostgreSQL, Keycloak, Redis
- Scripting: Python, Bash, PowerShell
- Experience managing high-availability systems

Responsibilities
- Identify, investigate, and quickly resolve incidents to minimize end-user impact
- Collaborate with internal teams to understand requirements and deliver optimized software solutions
- Maintain and improve the performance of existing applications
- Design and implement CI/CD pipelines for automated testing and deployment
- Administer and optimize Kubernetes clusters, using Helm for orchestration and deployment
- Implement and maintain security policies in containerized environments
- Continuously monitor system performance and ensure scalability
- Develop internal scripts and tools for automation
- Provide technical guidance to junior colleagues and promote a modern DevOps culture
