We are looking for a Digital Content Creator to join an EMEA Applications Consulting organization. This is a hands-on role for a creative professional who enjoys transforming information into engaging stories through video, visual, and written content. The role is ideal for someone passionate about internal communications, multimedia production, and working in an international environment, offering both impact and visibility.
As a Digital Content Creator, you’ll be a trusted partner to internal stakeholders, helping drive engagement and alignment across the organization. You’ll create and manage content that informs, inspires, and connects employees across our client Applications Consulting—playing a key role in major internal initiatives, projects, and events.
You’ll work in a fast-paced, multicultural environment, collaborating with teams across regions and functions, and contributing to high-visibility moments such as All Hands events, internal campaigns, and quarterly milestones.
· Fluent in English; additional European languages are a plus
· Proven experience in video creation and editing, digital content management, or internal communications
· Proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro and Adobe After Effects
· Strong written communication skills with a keen eye for detail
· Creative, proactive, and comfortable working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
· Strong collaboration skills and a high sense of ownership
· Develop, edit, and distribute internal emails, newsletters, and organizational announcements
· Create, edit, and optimize video content using Adobe Premiere Pro and Adobe After Effects
· Design and produce visual assets using Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, and Figma
· Create and maintain presentations using Microsoft PowerPoint
· Manage and update digital content across collaboration platforms including SharePoint, OneDrive, and Slack
· Adapt quickly to changing priorities and evolving business needs
· Deliver high-quality work under time-critical deadlines
· Take ownership of assigned responsibilities and work independently within defined brand guidelines and procedures
· Collaborate effectively with cross-functional and regional teams
· Communicate clearly and professionally, both in written and verbal formats
· Plan, organize, and prioritize work with strong attention to detail and time management
