Position: Site Electrical Engineer
Location: Cluj (site-based role)

Role Overview:
The Site Electrical Engineer will be responsible for overseeing and coordinating electrical works on-site, ensuring project completion in line with quality, safety, and timeline requirements. The role involves close collaboration with project teams and active involvement in all execution phases.
Candidate Profile (Must-have):
- Degree in Electrical Engineering or related field
- Minimum 5 years of experience in construction/site projects
- Proven experience in coordinating on-site electrical works
- Strong understanding of construction processes and site execution
- Knowledge of safety regulations and site standards
- Good planning, organizational, and team coordination skills
- Proficiency in AutoCAD and MS Office
- Strong communication and problem-solving abilities
- Availability for site work and travel
Nice to have:
- Experience with cost estimation tools or technical documentation software
- Knowledge of an international language (e.g. English)
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise construction projects from start to completion
- Plan daily site activities and coordinate on-site teams
- Ensure works are executed according to project timelines and technical requirements
- Monitor progress and organize regular coordination meetings
- Manage resources, materials, and site logistics
- Verify execution quality and ensure compliance with safety (HSE) standards
- Track project documentation and ensure completeness
- Identify issues, propose solutions, and report progress to the Project Manager
- Perform site inspections, electrical measurements, and testing (including PRAM)
