- Excellent MS Office skills (especially Excel)
- Excellent verbal and written English skills
- Knowledge about the gaming marketplace - would be a plus
- Casino experience represents a plus
- Effectiveness communication within the company
- Excellent working under pressure, maintaining the deadlines and KPIs

- Should be patient and a team player
- Under less and less supervision to fulfill all the shift's tasks
- Availability to work in 3 shifts: 06:00-14:00 , 14:00-22:00, 22:00-06:00
About the Job
- Responsible for technical support and maintenance for all partner studios across the world
- Performing daily routine checks to keep systems up to date
- Identifying and escalating priority issues
- Resolving requests received from clients and end user
- Performing technical investigations (log analysis) for customer and end user submitted tickets
- Coordinating case resolution between internal teams
- Knowledge of streaming (how stream works)
- Working in close relationship with the IT department to ensure the quality of the data and to keep systems functional
- Receiving all alerts from monitoring systems and escalating them accordingly, depending on the alert (impact, urgency)
- Developed good excel and reporting skills as well as the ability to work under pressure and on shifts
- Working in close relationship with the management team in order to constantly improve our services
