HRVS ROMANIA SRL being a part of major Spanish milling group is developing grain origination and trading operations in Romania and Bulgaria.
You will be working on the road in Romania, visiting farms and storage sites, with some work from home. Main job is to make sure the grain we buy gets moved on time and at a good price. To organize all the trucks and storage, solving problems along the way. You are the key person who makes sure our promises to customers are kept.
Your Main Responsibilities:
1. Manage Transportation (Your Primary Focus):
Plan and book all trucking from collection points to storage or port.
Be the main contact for trucking companies—negotiate rates and make sure we have capacity when we need it.
Track shipments live, solve delays, and keep everyone updated.
Handle the shipping paperwork.
2. Coordinate Field & Warehouse Operations:
Support the buying team by checking if a purchase is logistically possible and organizing the pickup.
Coordinate grain intake and release at different storage sites.
Look for ways to make routes and transport cheaper and more efficient.
3. Support Business Growth:
Use your field network and presence to identify and report new grain purchase opportunities to the purchasing team.
Who We’re Looking For:
You have 2+ years of experience in transport coordination, dispatch, or field logistics (agriculture or bulk goods experience is a big plus).
- You are fluent in Romanian & English or Spanish.
You’re a strong negotiator and a practical problem-solver who can handle pressure.
You’re organized and independent, happy working on the road and managing your own schedule.
You have a Category B driver’s license and are ready for daily travel.
