Ezugi Employees matching the criteria below will be invited to SM/ FM department to have a 2 months of training program.
Successful ones will be registered in FM pool, and they will go back to tables. When there is an official opening, they will be provided with an offer for FM position.
About You
- You should be an Experienced GP or above, with full game knowledge
- No DR last 6 months prior to the application
- Not more than 2 explanatories last 6 months prior to the application
- Not more than 3 lates (less than 25 min.) last 6 months prior to the application
- TTS evaluation point >97 (average of last 6 months)
- Maximum 4 days of medical leave last 3 months prior to the application
Hard Skills
- Advanced level English (Minimum B1 for Reading / writing / speaking)
- Computer Skills (MS Office / Drive / familiarity with back-office type of databases)
- Keyboard Skills (Minimum 30 words per minute / in English / 10% typo limit)
Soft Skills
- Integrity, Kindness, Team player, Strong work ethic, Positive, Responsible, Great Communication and Observation Skills
About the Role
Floor Management
- Monitoring physically all the aspects of the operations by performing constant floor walks / using tools provided by company and making sure all the policies and procedures of the company are followed
- Resolving or escalating issues and registering / reporting incidents accurately
Evaluation
- Evaluating employees based on evaluation rules and templates
- Working program: 8 (eight) hours/day, 5 (five) days/week (including if the case on Saturday or Sunday), according to Internal Regulation
- Department functions 24/7, so there are morning / afternoon and night shifts
- Public holidays, night hours, weekend hours are paid accordingly
- 21 Working days of paid vacation per year
- Travelling: Not required
