Adecco Permanent Placement is recruiting on behalf of one of its clients, a leading international group in thermal comfort solutions, for an ICT Governance & Risk Specialist.
The role
You will support Group-level ICT Security governance, IT General Controls compliance, IT risk management and SAP/ERP access governance.
- 4–5 years of experience in IT GRC, ITGC, IT Audit, IT Risk or Identity Governance
- Hands-on experience with SAP/ERP access management, RBAC, SoD and user access reviews
- Knowledge of frameworks such as ISO 27001, COBIT or NIS2
- SAP GRC or similar IAM tools are a plus
- Strong analytical and organizational skills
- Good command of English
- Verify the implementation and effectiveness of IT General Controls across key ICT processes and systems
- Support internal and external audits by coordinating evidence, control owners and remediation actions
- Run the IT risk assessment and maintain the Group ICT risk register
- Manage SAP/ERP access processes: access requests, role assignments and authorization changes
- Support Segregation of Duties governance, including conflict analysis and mitigating controls
- Coordinate periodic access review campaigns and follow up on revoked or modified access
- Report on risks, controls and remediation status to IT leadership
