As an Inside Sales Representative I here at Honeywell, you will play a crucial role in driving revenue growth and meeting sales targets for Honeywell. Your responsibilities will include managing, developing, and executing sales strategies, and building strong relationships with customers. Your expertise in inside sales and strategic thinking will directly impact the company's sales performance and contribute to its overall business success.

You will report directly to our Sr Inside Sales Supervisor and you’ll work out of our Bucharest location on a Hybrid work schedule.

In this role, you will impact the company significantly. You will drive revenue growth and contribute to the company's financial success. Your ability to build strong relationships with customers and meet sales targets will position Honeywell as a trusted partner and drive the company's growth and competitiveness in the market.

Responsibilities: 
  • Preparing the renewal quotations (offers) and sending them to the designated customer contacts, 90 days prior to the ongoing contract expiration date.
  • Following the escalation process for non-responsive or negative renewal feedback and keep an accurate and up to date forecast file with the expected wins, lost deals 
  • Achieve targets and get involved in any cross-sell or up-sale campaigns that can increase the revenue
  • Provide and maintain the highest level of customer satisfaction, utilizing problem solving skills to bring resolution to all requests/inquiries/complaints.
  • Provide customers with every intel/reports required by email or telephone in a timely and professional manner. 
  • Joining and actively participating in the Renewal Pipeline Meeting, discussing ongoing renewals, sharing feedback and updates and establishing approaches and strategies to bring in the revenue. 

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent
  • 1+ Inside Sales or equivalent background in a similar position of customer support & sales and data input (preferably Salesforce, SAP / CRM experience)
  • Excellent Word, Excel and PowerPoint skills
  • Fluent English 
  • Excellent Interpersonal and communication Skills
