Job Description:- Support for Production Material Purchasing Department in different projects;
- Support for sourcing process: analyze offers, prepare documentation, support supplier communication etc.);
- Support for BOM's evaluation, and component risks evaluation;
- Involved in administrative tasks;
- Support for the team in various Purchasing activities (different KPI reports tracking, documents creation and various data analysis, involved in long term strategy, attend negotiation, contracts creation etc.);
- Involvement in communication between AUMOVIO’s suppliers and Internal customers;
- Support in AI implementation for BA PUR organization;
- Frequently used tools: Microsoft Office, other specific PUR tools.
- Is enrolled in a Master Program or is still in University;
- Is eager to develop and learn more about purchasing department;
- Proactive attitude, initiative and is self driven;
- Good communication skills in English;
- Has strong functional use of Microsoft Office Excel, Word, Powerpoint.
