Our requirements:

  • University degree in IT
  • Knowledge of Windows operating systems (client)
  • Basic knowledge of networking (LAN/WLAN, VLAN) and mobile devices (primarily iOS)
  • Basic understanding of IT security and data protection
  • Printers and peripheral devices
  • Experience with ticket systems (ServiceNow)
  • Advanced German language skills (spoken and written)
  • Strong service orientation and customer focus
  • Willingness to learn new technologies (e.g., AI tools)

Your responsibilities:

  • Receiving and handling IT requests or problems via telephone (German, English and Romanian) and the ticket system
  • Resolving standard issues (e.g., software errors/installations, printer problems, password resets)
  • Forwarding complex cases to internal 2nd or 3rd level support
  • Documenting all processes and ensuring compliance with SLAs
  • Proactive communication with users to ensure high service quality
