Your Impact:
As a Junior Technical Analyst, you will support multiple Yardi products by performing system and data analysis to ensure applications function accurately and efficiently.
Working at the intersection of data and enterprise systems, you will investigate application behavior, validate data integrity, and assist in resolving technical issues under the guidance of senior team members.
This role provides exposure to complex data environments, ERP systems, and modern tooling, including automation and AI-driven workflows.
Flexible working hours: Monday–Friday, with a start time between 08:00 and 12:00.
This position is available in a hybrid regime that implies working from the office at least once a week. Therefore, please take into account that you would need to be located in or near the Cluj-Napoca area.
What You’ll Bring Along:
- Solid foundational SQL knowledge
- Exposure to Python for data processing, automation, or system integration tasks
- Familiarity with GitHub or basic version control concepts
- Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills
- Basic understanding of ERP systems and software development concepts and practices
- Ability to use AI tools to enhance analysis and productivity
- Fluency in English
- Clear communication skills, including the ability to explain technical findings
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines
- High adaptability and willingness to work across different products and technologies
- Bachelor’s degree in Economic Informatics, Business, Computer Science, or related fields
What You'll Do:
- Investigate and troubleshoot application and data-related issues across multiple products, identifying root causes and supporting resolution of escalated cases
- Collaborate with clients and internal teams to define application issues and clarify technical and data requirements
- Write and optimize SQL queries to investigate system behavior, validate data integrity, and support cross-system workflows
- Assist in developing and maintaining reports and automation solutions
- Contribute to process reviews and workflow improvement initiatives
- Stay informed about product updates and technical best practices
