We are seeking a Lead Microsoft Copilot Engineer to guide the design, implementation and optimization of Microsoft 365 solutions across our global organization.
You will lead cross-functional teams, ensure platform stability, and drive innovation through automation and continuous improvement. Join us to shape our Copilot capabilities and apply your leadership and technical expertise to deliver impact.
Responsibilities
- Lead the technical implementation, management, and continuous improvement of M365 Copilot solutions ensuring alignment with overall product architecture
- Establish and maintain technical standards, guidelines, and documentation for agile teams and stakeholders
- Oversee operational performance, service continuity, and incident management for the M365 Copilot product cluster including advanced troubleshooting and root cause analysis
- Coordinate and support daily business applications proactively addressing issues and ensuring seamless service delivery
- Drive the development and deployment of new M365 Copilot functionalities in an agile environment supporting backlog estimation, sprint planning, and feature evaluation
- Identify and implement cost optimization opportunities in collaboration with Product Owners
- Develop and implement automation solutions using PowerShell and Microsoft Graph API
- Provide technical coaching and mentorship to DevOps Engineers and team members
- Effectively communicate complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders including Product Owners and architects
Requirements
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Informatics, Computer Science, or a related field
- 5+ years of hands-on experience with the Microsoft 365 suite
- Demonstrated leadership in technical teams and complex project delivery within global organizations
- Advanced proficiency in scripting languages especially PowerShell and strong knowledge of automation and DevOps methodologies
- Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills
- Proven ability to coach and mentor technical team members
- Proficiency in English (B2+ / Upper Intermediate level)
Nice to have
- Experience with Microsoft Graph API
- Familiarity with IT security compliance standards
- Knowledge of agile frameworks
- Microsoft 365 Fundamentals certification
- Advanced troubleshooting skills for cloud platforms
