IF YOU ARE

  • An expert developer with 6+ years in Salesforce and experience in leading development teams
  • Proficient in multi-cloud integration, performance optimization, and implementing advanced CI/CD pipelines
  • Skilled in mentoring teams and establishing development best practices
  • Demonstrating experience with Salesforce Service Cloud and Salesforce Sales Cloud
  • Experienced in web services development and integration
  • Certified in Salesforce Developer 2, Application Architect, or System Architect
  • An excellent communicator
  • Fluent in English to cover daily project needs

AND YOU WANT TO

  • Lead complex projects, ensuring alignment with strategic goals
  • Mentor and develop team members while overseeing project technical quality
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to translate business needs into technical solutions
  • Develop and implement new functionality, extensions, and customizations of Salesforce platform and products
