Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and implement machine learning models and algorithms tailored to specific business needs.
- Perform data exploration, preprocessing, and feature engineering to prepare high‑quality training datasets.
- Collaborate closely with cross‑functional teams (Data, Engineering, Product) to translate business requirements into ML solutions.
- Optimize, fine‑tune, and scale models for performance, efficiency, and accuracy.
- Enhance and maintain ML pipelines and workflows across the organization.
- Document experiments, methodologies, and results to ensure reproducibility and compliance.
- Stay current with emerging ML/AI technologies, frameworks, and best practices.
Qualifications & Skills
- At least 3 years of experience in a Machine Learning Engineer / ML Specialist role.
- Proven expertise in Python and hands‑on experience with ML frameworks such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, Scikit‑learn, or Keras.

- Solid understanding of supervised/unsupervised learning, deep learning, and NLP techniques.
