• Mechanical skills: Knowledge of mechanical equipment and systems; ability to repair and maintain mechanical equipment; understanding of hydraulic and pneumatic systems
• Electrical skills: Ability to work with electrical circuits and systems; troubleshoot and repair electrical issues; knowledge of wiring, control systems, and automation
• Plumbing skills: Understanding of plumbing systems and installations; ability to repair leaks, blockages, and other plumbing-related issues; knowledge of pipe installation and maintenance
• Tools and equipment: Knowledge of standard tools such as wrenches, screwdrivers, and pliers; ability to use diagnostic tools such as multimeters and pressure gauges; understanding of the safe use and maintenance of specialized equipment
• Digital skills: Basic computer skills (file search, open/save/share files, etc.), use of email applications, and MS Office tools
Requirements
• Secondary or vocational education with a technical profile
• Minimum 5 years of experience as a Maintenance Technician
• Good physical and mental health
• Clean criminal record
• Fluent English (written, spoken, reading, listening)
• Knowledge of MS Office tools
• Basic knowledge of English
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
• Team-oriented mindset
• Ability to work efficiently under stress and with tight deadlines
• Good communication skills
• Willingness to work overtime or during days off when required for specific tasks
• Perform periodic maintenance to ensure infrastructure, equipment, and systems are kept in optimal working condition, including:
o Scheduled inspections
o Preventive maintenance
o Equipment maintenance
• Carry out minor repairs to infrastructure and equipment (e.g. power outlet repairs, lighting repairs, minor mechanical repairs)
• Manage, verify, and keep technical documentation up to date
• Provide technical support for production processes and products
• Monitor and follow the maintenance planning for factory infrastructure and machinery / equipment
• Notify partner companies when repairs or inspections must be performed by external suppliers
• Propose technical solutions for issues identified during maintenance activities
• Prepare reports regarding spare parts, tools, and consumables requirements
• Prepare reports on maintenance and technical support activities
• Prepare other reports and information as requested by management
