Miele is transforming its global production landscape, and we’re looking for an experienced MES Consultant to support, optimize, and modernize our manufacturing processes. Responsibilities:
- As MES Consultant, you are responsible for the support and optimization of our production processes at Miele, also in an international context, to achieve a readiness for Industry 4.0
- You will carry out system configurations (iTAC and NiceLabel) in the area independently or as part of a team, manage functional and integration tests for technical solutions and support manufacturing BIZ team in the test phases
- As a special challenge over the next years, you will accompany Miele in the transition phase from implement a new MES, to run and build this solution and improve with our BIZ Partner
Skills:
- You have successfully completed a degree in Computer Science , Business Computer Science or Business Administration
- Extensive understanding of manufacturing business processes with experience in MES implementations
- Several years of experience in the iTAC MES System, ideally with expertise in MES/MOM
- Confident customizing in iTAC Production preferably knowledge in troubleshooting and programming
- Experience in designing, maintaining and deploying label templates including variable data, barcodes (GS1, QR, DataMatrix) and multilingual content
- Strong knowledge of NiceLabel integration scenarios (e.g. MES/ERP integration, REST/XML/CSV data connections)
- Experience in troubleshooting printing issues, printer configuration (e.g. Zebra, SATO), and print server environments
- Project experience in implementation projects with partial or full responsibility desirable
- Fluent English language skills (German language skills are an advantage)
