Our client is a UK-based major organization operating in the global sports and live events space, delivering a large-scale digital experience transformation focused on engagement, participation, and community. The project centers on building a mobile-first lifestyle platform that combines a B2C customer portal and a B2B CRM solution using Microsoft Dynamics, alongside PHP and Drupal. This platform will enable seamless, omnichannel customer journeys and modern digital touchpoints, elevating how users interact with events, content, and services while driving meaningful, data-driven engagement across the entire ecosystem.
IF YOU ARE
- A professional with 2+ years of experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM
- Skilled in customization of Dynamics 365: forms, views, business rules, web resources
- Familiar with development with Power Pages (Power Apps Portals) and Dataverse
- Experienced with Power Automate and Power Apps
- A Front-end developer who uses Reactz HTML, CSS, JavaScript, TypeScript
- Accustomed to integration with external systems using REST and Web APIs
- Great at understanding Azure AD (Entra ID) and authentication/authorization concepts
- Good at Visual Studio, VS Code, Git, and Azure DevOps
- Experienced with CI/CD, ALM, SDLC and Agile development practices
- Confident in Azure services, Power BI, Dynamics (nice to have)
- A holder of Power Platform certification (as a win)
