IF YOU ARE
- Bringing 3+ years of experience as a Test Automation Engineer, Software Engineer in Test, or Developer involved in automation
- Proficient in Python, pyATS, with hands-on experience in Selenium (there will be part of UI testing for e2e tests), API and backend testing, GitLab, Docker, and Jenkins
- Comfortable using AI tools such as Claude or CodeX
- Knowledgeable in test automation approaches and end-to-end testing
- Experienced with core networking concepts and troubleshooting, including common network devices: Routing & Switching (L2/L3 fundamentals); Network Discovery & Link Protocols (LLDP & CDP); Firewall & Security Stack (L3/L7); WAN & Connectivity Technologies; Network Telemetry & Observability
- Skilled in analyzing network connectivity issues and understanding traffic flow across infrastructure components
- Experienced in manual testing
- Strong in debugging and problem-solving
- Collaborative and supportive, with leadership and delegation skills
- Capable of maintaining daily communication with English-speaking software engineers on the client side
- Familiar with Linux and terminal tools (as an advantage)
- Experience with Ruby & Rails automation, Selenoid framework (would be a plus)
AND YOU WANT TO
- Estimate, plan, and execute testing activities, including analyzing test results, investigating issues, documenting defects, and ensuring deliverables meet defined quality standards
- Write and maintain automated tests, as well as perform manual checks supported by automation tools and scripts
- Troubleshoot networking issues and prepare or configure test environments
- Collaborate with engineers and product managers, track and report issues following established workflows, and contribute to process improvements
- Work with modern industry technologies and tools, and have a slight schedule shift to align with EU and US time zones for team meetings
