Adecco is recruiting on behalf of its client, a company operating in the wholesale trade sector, an Office Administrative Assistant.
1.Fluent in English as the working language.
2.Bachelor's degree or above; majors in Administration, International Trade, Business English, Law/Taxation are preferred.
3.Relevant work experience; experience in multinational companies/international affairs or familiarity with European business processes is a bonus.
4.Meticulous, responsible, and adept at multi-tasking and time management.

- Demonstrate a solid understanding of international trade processes, ensuring effective communication and coordination with both domestic and international teams, while accurately collecting, consolidating, and transmitting relevant business data.
- Manage contract execution and documentation processes, ensuring proper filing and archiving; utilize MS Office tools proficiently, particularly Excel, for data processing and analysis.
- Conduct research on European local policies, including legislation and taxation frameworks, and organize findings into structured analytical reports to support business operations.
- Administer expense payments and reimbursement procedures, and coordinate business travel arrangements, including flight and accommodation bookings, ensuring accuracy and compliance with internal policies.
