HRVS ROMANIA SRL being a part of major Spanish milling group is developing grain origination and trading operations in Romania and Bulgaria.

We are seeking an organized and detail-focused specialist to manage the core documentation and operational tasks for our grain trading and origination business. You will ensure the accuracy and smooth flow of contracts, invoices, stock records, transport documents, etc. 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prepare and issue commercial invoices via the national e-factura platform and manage all related documentation.
  • Draft and maintain purchase/sales contracts, files and communication.
  • Monitor and reconcile physical grain stock levels in our storage network.
  • Perform pre-accounting tasks and support financial documentation.
  • Issue transport documents (CMR, aviz) and compile shipment files.

Who You Are:

  • You have 2+ years of experience in operations, administration, or finance.
  • Experience in agriculture, grain trading, or commodities is a strong advantage.
  • You are proficient in MS Excel and have experience with SAGA accounting software. Familiarity with the national e-invoicing system (e-factura) and Microsoft SharePoint for document management is required.
  • You are fluent in Romanian & English or Spanish.
  • You are meticulous, proactive, and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
