About the Role
Increasing organizational efficiency by studying organizational structures, methods, systems and procedures, and supporting organizational development by coordinating training activities for company personnel
Communicating with managers to ascertain their requirements
Team task resolution
Ensuring good implementation of operational procedures and provide ongoing support
Having detailed knowledge of procedures and manuals as well as operational structure and processes
Adhering to set quality standards; responsible for maintaining product integrity and quality of service provided by the company
Maintaining up-to-date documentation related to procedures and manuals and creating new procedures as needed
Monitoring performance of local studio staff (pit bosses, trainers, dealers, shufflers) and external partner studios; creating and submitting reports containing suggestions for performance improvement
Supporting monthly meetings with local operations and external studios and ensure ongoing communication with designated individuals to maintain product quality across locations
Planning, delivering and evaluating training programs for operational employees (pitbosses, trainers, dealers, shufflers) in accordance with the company's needs and objectives
Setting the goals and objectives of training and/or presentations, and choosing appropriate training methods
Traveling to client’s premises, as required
Reporting to direct manager any irregularities observed in any of the locations (local or external)
Work schedule - 2 shifts: 9:00 - 17:00 / 10:00 - 18:00; 14:00 - 22:00;
