We are seeking a Product Owner to join our Agile team, focusing on maximizing product value and ensuring alignment with stakeholder needs through business analysis and technical product management.
Responsibilities
- Convey the product vision and goals for every release and sprint
- Craft the product strategy and align the product roadmap with strategic goals
- Conduct market research, user analysis and competitor analysis to inform product direction
- Scope and prioritize activities based on business impact
- Produce, define, manage and prioritize the product backlog (epics/features/user stories)
- Lead product backlog refinement meetings and define user stories that meet business needs
- Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business needs and translate them into product requirements
- Manage stakeholder product requests and build strong connections with internal teams
- Represent the team in front of stakeholders, clients or users
- Work closely with implementation, design and business teams to clarify requirements
- Drive the Product Backlog release sizing efforts and adjust the roadmap based on results
- Sign-off development based on the agreed Definition of Done
- Manage and drive the execution of the product roadmap
- Solve product-related problems and make decisions to stay on track with business deliverables
- Lead demonstrations of the latest iterations to stakeholders and gather feedback
Requirements
- 3+ years of working experience as a Product Owner or in a similar role
- Knowledge of Azure Data Services, Azure DevOps and Azure Pipelines
- Skills in CI/CD, Data DevOps and Terraform
- Background in Agile methodologies and product management
- Capability to collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders
- Understanding of backlog management, prioritization and user story definition
- Proficiency in market research, user analysis and competitor analysis
- Competency in managing product lifecycle and driving execution
- Flexibility to adapt product strategy based on business impact and feedback
- Upper-Intermediate English language proficiency (B2)
