Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain a network of supplier contacts
- Conduct market analysis and supplier research
- Launch supplier consultations and manage procurement dossiers
- Select suppliers based on technical and commercial criteria
- Negotiate contracts for equipment, products, and services
- Analyze supplier offers and ensure alignment with technical specifications
- Participate in bid preparation and project execution teams
- Maintain and update supplier databases and product/service catalogs
- Monitor supplier performance and implement improvement plans
- Manage procurement budgets and ensure cost optimization
- Resolve non-conformities related to deliveries or services
- Ensure compliance with internal procedures and contractual obligations
- Prepare procurement schedules aligned with project deadlines
- Draft activity reports and maintain accurate procurement records
Requirements:
- Technical university degree
- Minimum 5 years of experience in procurement, including in a similar role
- Strong knowledge of technical specifications and industrial equipment
- Advanced proficiency in French (written and spoken) – mandatory
- Advanced English proficiency (written and spoken)
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office
- Excellent negotiation, communication, and planning skills
- Strong sense of initiative and teamwork
