Your Impact
As part of our ITOM business unit, you will contribute to developing, applying and maintaining quality standards for OpenText enterprise products.
What the role offers
- As a QA Tester, you’ll join our growing Quality Assurance team to help ensure our Enterprise Service Management applications meet high standards of quality, reliability, and usability.
- You will participate in planning and testing activities, write and execute manual test cases, validate new features, and investigate issues in collaboration with developers and product managers.
- This is a great opportunity to grow your QA skills in a cloud-based, Agile environment, with mentorship and hands-on exposure to real-world enterprise applications.
What you need to succeed
- Graduate in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Good understanding of web applications – including basic concepts like front-end/back-end interaction, APIs, client-server communication, and browser behavior.Familiarity with writing and executing test cases based on user stories or requirements.
- Knowledge of SQL or interest in learning how to validate data.Good communication skills (English proficiency is a must).
- Team player mindset – comfortable collaborating with developers, testers, and product owners.
- Eagerness to learn modern QA practices and grow into more advanced testing or automation roles.
- Curious, detail-oriented, and responsible in documenting findings and test outcomes.
- Some experience with test management tools (e.g., Jira, TestRail, Azure DevOps, or Xray).
- Awareness of Agile/Scrum working environments.
Nice-to-have skills
- Interest in cloud technologies (Azure, AWS) and enterprise systems.
- Exposure to API testing (Postman) or understanding of test automation concepts is a plus.
