Your role
- Preparation of simple operational reports from the area of expertise
- Processing of bank statements on daily basis and reconciliation of bank related accounts, as well as clearing and monitoring the sub bank accounts
- Ensures that all targets and deadlines described in KPIs and SLAs are met according to Client’s expectations;
- Identify simple ideas that add value to day-to-day operations or tasks and makes improvements to process within own area of remit
- Have good knowledge of the process, policies and desk top procedures within their engagement
- Reconciliation of simple intercompany transactions and agreement of Intercompany balances with counterparties
Your profile
- English and French – Minimum B2 level;
- Related business knowledge (service delivery);
- R2A Report-to-Analyze knowledge;
- Team player attitude;
- Impact & influence skills;
- Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills.
