THE OPPORTUNITY 

Are you detail-oriented, analytical, and looking to grow in a data-driven environment? We’re looking for a Revenue Operations Analyst to join our worldwide Field Operations team! In this role, you’ll play a key part in ensuring data accuracy across critical business processes, supporting core operations workflows, and tracking key strategic initiatives. Your work will directly contribute to the generation of data-driven insights that inform decisions at the senior executive level. This is a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience in a dynamic, data-driven environment while contributing to meaningful business outcomes.  

THE ROLE 

The Revenue Operations Analyst is responsible for managing and enhancing the subscription extensions dataset, supporting sales compensation processes, and contributing to the operational tracking of OEM and other key business initiatives. This role ensures data accuracy, supports decision-making through enriched insights, and drives continuous improvement in reporting and operational workflows. 

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES 

Subscription Extensions Management 

Data Accuracy & Maintenance:  

  •     Analyze and validate the subscription renewals and extensions dataset to ensure accuracy and completeness. 
  •     Identify and resolve data inconsistencies or anomalies in collaboration with relevant teams. 

Dataset Enrichment:  

  •     Add contextual notes to subscription extension records to enhance interpretability and insight generation. 
  •     Maintain consistency in note formatting and tagging to support data usability. 

Lost Renewals Approval Queue Monitoring:  

  •     Monitor the lost subscription renewals approval queue. 
  •     Take appropriate actions by reviewing, approving, or rejecting requests in accordance with established guidelines. 

Sales Compensation Support: 

  •     Provide timely and accurate data validations to support sales compensation calculations. 
  •     Investigate and resolve sales compensation escalations in collaboration with Sales and Compensation teams. 

Quarterly Overview Report Preparation:  

  •     Prepare the Subscription Extension Overview Report on a quarterly basis. 
  •     Compile and structure data to highlight trends, KPIs, and business insights. 

Issue Identification & Process Improvement:  

  •     Proactively identify recurring data issues or inefficiencies. 
  •     Recommend and support implementation of process improvements and automation opportunities. 

Ad Hoc Support:  

  •     Respond to data-related inquiries and support other subscription extension-related tasks as needed. 

  

OEM Business Reporting & Tracking 

  •     Support the setup and refinement of the OEM business tracking process. 
  •     Maintain ongoing tracking and reporting of OEM-related metrics and performance. 
  •     Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure alignment and accuracy in OEM reporting. 
  •  

Maintenance of Other Trackers 

  •     Maintain and update key operational trackers, including: 
  •     Cloud Migrations 
  •     Subscription Migrations and SCO manual feed for the subscription migrations 
  •     SCO Fallouts checks and collaboration with the operations team on correcting them 
  •     Other identified operation trackers 
  •     Ensure data in these trackers is current, accurate, and actionable. 
  •     Identify and escalate any issues or trends observed in these trackers. 

 

WHAT YOU NEED TO SUCCEED 

  •     Bachelor’s degree in Business, Statistics, Finance, Economics, or a related field 
  •     Proficient in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint for organizing, analyzing, and presenting data 
  •     Comfortable working with large, multi-source datasets and drawing insights from them 
  •     Previous experience with reporting and data analysis, with strong attention to detail and data accuracy 
  •     Experience with CRM systems like Salesforce is a plus 
  •     Exposure to AI technologies and an understanding of how they can be applied in business contexts is highly valued 
  •     Knowledge of data visualization tools such as Power BI or Tableau is an advantage 
  •     Organized and adaptable when handling time-sensitive work and shifting priorities
