Your Impact
As a Revenue Operations Analyst, you’ll directly support the Business Network Sales team by driving operational excellence across forecasting, pipeline management, system support, and compensation reporting. You will play a pivotal role in ensuring data accuracy and sales process efficiency while collaborating across global teams to support business growth.
What the Role Offers
Own weekly forecasting reports and follow up on deal data to ensure reporting accuracy.
Track pipeline and performance metrics using Salesforce (SFDC); support system hygiene and updates.
Provide end-user training and support for SFDC, including dashboard and report creation.
Analyze pipeline trends, closed deals, and gaps to deliver actionable business insights.
Support compensation planning and assist with revenue validation post-signature.
Collaborate across functions (Sales, Finance, Ops) to improve processes and enable operational efficiency.
Respond to ad-hoc data and reporting requests from stakeholders.
What You Need to Succeed
3+ years of experience in sales operations, with a focus on forecasting, pipeline management, and reporting.
- Experience with BI reporting
Strong Salesforce (SFDC) skills, especially reporting and dashboard creation.
Experience with reporting tools and data analysis; knowledge of cloud business models preferred.
Bachelor's degree required; Master’s (MBA or related field) a plus.
Excellent communication, collaboration, and stakeholder engagement skills.
Experience with AI tools is a plus.
