You’ll independently drive SAP MM projects and improvements across procurement, with close integration into production. Strong experience with MM, PP, and QM modules, as well as a manufacturing background (FMCG/consumer goods preferred), is a must-have.
This is a hybrid role based in Bucharest, with 2 days/week at the office and the rest remote.

Main responsibilities
- You’ll lead the implementation and management of SAP-related projects and enhancements within the procurement area, particularly in raw coffee purchasing, and ensure smooth integration with coffee production systems, handling tasks autonomously.
- Your innovative mindset and technical expertise will help shape and refine our processes, leveraging emerging technologies such as SAP Fiori for optimized outcomes.
- With the transition to SAP S/4HANA already in place, you’ll play a key role in evolving and enhancing our purchasing workflows within the SAP MM module.
- You’ll contribute to the modernization of our IT landscape by taking ownership of initiatives that introduce cutting-edge technologies and drive transformation.
- As a connector and collaborator, you’ll engage closely with SAP and its user community, facilitating knowledge exchange and aligning on the latest developments and solutions.
Your profile
- Minimum 5+ years of experience as an SAP Consultant in a production or manufacturing environment
- Deep expertise in SAP MM (Materials Management), with strong process design and configuration skills
- Practical exposure to SAP PP (Production Planning) and SAP QM (Quality Management)
- Proven experience delivering SAP projects independently from conception to implementation
- Hands-on familiarity with SAP Fiori and UI5—experience with these technologies is a major advantage
- Previous work in an SAP S/4HANA environment is highly desirable
- Strong analytical skills and the ability to translate business needs into technical solutions
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business Informatics, or a related field
