Responsibilities:
- Analyze, design, and optimize SAP-enabled business processes across key modules (e.g., SD, MM, PP, FI).
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business needs and translate them into SAP solutions.
- Configure, test, and implement SAP processes while ensuring seamless integration across systems.
- Identify improvement opportunities and provide strategic guidance for process optimization and automation.
- Lead workshops, document processes, and provide expert-level support to end users.
- Manage system upgrades, troubleshooting, and enhancements to ensure business continuity.
- Serve as a liaison between operational teams and central experts functions.
- Be a part of S4HANA transition, actively shape the new ERP system for your responsibility area.
Profile:
- Solid experience in SAP system configuration, implementation, and support, with expertise in one or more key modules.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to assess complex processes and propose practical solutions.
- Ability to work collaboratively with teams and manage multiple priorities effectively.
- Experience in driving process improvement projects and familiarity with change management principles.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Bachelor’s degree in a related field (IT, Business Administration, or similar); SAP certification is a plus.
- Know-how about BTP is a plus.
