As we expand across the UK and US, we’re looking for a Senior Accountant to take ownership of key finance processes, strengthen our financial operations, and support strategic growth initiatives.
This hybrid role requires working from the office at least once a week, so please take into account that you should be based in or near Cluj-Napoca.

What You'll Bring Along:
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field; ACA/ACCA (or equivalent) is considered a plus
- Strong post-qualification experience, ideally in a tech or fast-paced environment
- Solid knowledge of financial reporting and technical accounting
- Hands-on mindset with a focus on improving processes and efficiency
- Interest in automation and finance systems
- Strong collaboration and communication skills
What You’ll Do:
Financial Reporting
- Lead monthly close and annual reporting, including complex accounting areas
Finance Operations
- Improve processes, systems, and automation, while integrating with the broader Yardi ecosystem
Core Finance
- Oversee day-to-day accounting, including billing and cash collection, and support internal and external partners
Business Partnering
- Provide financial insights to support decision-making and collaborate with cross-functional teams
Strategic Projects
- Support growth initiatives, including new products and international expansion
