Your impact
As a Developer on the LoadRunner team at OpenText, you’ll play a key role in designing and building scalable, high-performance solutions used by organizations worldwide. Your code will empower businesses to test and improve their systems, ensuring optimal performance under pressure. From translating complex requirements into actionable code to influencing the future of performance engineering, your contribution will be felt across industries.

What you need to succeed
4+ years of experience in software development with a strong foundation in object-oriented programming and design patterns.
Proficiency in .NET and familiarity with C++ and Angular.
Solid grasp of multi-threaded application development and system design.
Hands-on experience with test-driven development and tools such as JUnit or Selenium.
Understanding of Agile methodologies and experience working in dynamic development environments.
Strong problem-solving skills, keen attention to detail, and an eagerness to keep learning.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills to thrive in a multi-geo team setup.
