Big Data & Analytics Center of Excellence is the data consulting and data engineering branch at SoftServe. Starting as a small team back in 2013, it has grown into a community of hundreds of Data Engineers and Architects who design and deliver end-to-end Data & Analytics solutions — from strategy and technical design to proof of concept and large-scale implementation. We work with clients across Healthcare, Finance, Manufacturing, Retail, and Energy industries.
We hold top-level partnership statuses with major cloud providers and collaborate with leading technology partners like AWS, GCP, Microsoft, Databricks, Snowflake, Confluent, and others.
IF YOU ARE
- Experienced as a DW/BI Engineer with 5+ years of track record
- Proficient in Power BI (additional Tableau experience would be a big plus)
- Adept at designing and developing data visualizations, dashboards, and workbooks that deliver clear business insights
- Skilled in SQL and capable of optimizing queries for improved performance
- Unrivalled in eliciting business requirements and translating them into optimal data models, transformations, and visualization solutions
- Familiar with modern database technologies used for analytics, such as SQL Server, Snowflake, Azure Synapse, Oracle, or Teradata
- Capable of communicating fluently in English at an Upper-Intermediate (B2) level or higher for daily collaboration with international teams
- Knowledgeable in ELT orchestration tools like Azure Data Factory, SSIS, Apache Airflow, Informatica, or Talend (as a plus)
