Job Description:- Draft, review, negotiate and manage a wide range of commercial contracts.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and applicable laws.
- Support contract lifecycle management, including negotiation and amendments.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders and external partners.
- Maintain accurate documentation and contribute to process improvements.
- Assist in developing templates, guidelines, and best practices for contract management.
- Utilize legal technology tools to enhance efficiency and accuracy.
- Identify and analyze legal risks, developing and implementing solutions to avoid, limit, or secure them
- Provide legal and business advice necessary to support all company business areas and corporate functions with daily operations
- Collaborate closely with the regional and global law department members and members of the company’s other functions to find solutions to implement the strategy of the company.
- Academic degree in law, preferable a fully qualified lawyer or legal counsel.
- Minimum 2 years experience in commercial law, preferably within an international environment.
- Strong knowledge of commercial law and international business law.
- Superior contract drafting and negotiation abilities, preferably with strong experiences in an international environment.
- Capability to standardize purchasing and sales terms, and conditions.
- Ability to analyze complex legal issues and develop practical solutions.
- Strong project management skills.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills in both Romanian and English.
- German language is a plus.
- Strong problem-solving and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Structured and analytical thinking.
