Our client is a UK-based major organization operating in the global sports and live events domain, delivering a large-scale digital experience transformation focused on engagement, participation, and community.
The project focuses on building a mobile-first lifestyle platform that combines a B2C customer portal and a B2B CRM solution based on Microsoft Dynamics, alongside PHP and Drupal.
The platform enables seamless omnichannel customer journeys and modern digital touchpoints, enhancing how users interact with events, content, and services while driving data-driven engagement across the ecosystem.
IF YOU ARE
- An experienced professional with 5+ years of hands-on work with Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM in enterprise environments
- Experienced in back-end .NET development with several years of practical experience
- Skilled in Dynamics 365 customization and extension, including plugins, web resources, and custom APIs
- Strongly experienced with Power Pages (Power Apps Portals) and Dataverse
- Advanced in using Power Automate and Power Apps for complex business scenarios
- Experienced in designing and implementing integrations using REST and Web APIs
- Confident in working with Azure AD (Entra ID), including authentication, authorization, and security models
- Experienced in designing and enforcing ALM, CI/CD, and SDLC processes using Azure DevOps
- Skilled in using Visual Studio, VS Code, and Git
- Used to owning solution architecture, performing code reviews, and mentoring engineers
- Experienced in translating business requirements into effective technical solutions
- Familiar with Azure services such as Functions and App Services, Power BI, and Dynamics (considered a plus)
- Holding Power Platform certifications (an advantage)
